EXHIBIT WITH US

Galerie Alpine is located in Villars-sur-Ollon, a thriving ski resort and year-round community in the heart of the Swiss Alps. We offer exhibition space to artists, provide a market place where artists may sell their work, create a community for artist networking, and establish a center of art in the region. We represent a wide range of artists who create work inspired by the Alpine environment. Collective works encompass multiple disciplines, media, and creative approaches.

Galerie Alpine operates as non-profit association managed entirely through volunteer efforts. All fees associated with contracts, space rental, and commission contribute to overheads of the gallery, allows management of artwork sales, and is reinvested into the association for the benefit of all members.

Galerie Alpine invites professional artists keen to exhibit with us to submit an artist application.

Contract and Fees

• Each contract for an exhibition in the Atelier is for a minimum of 3 months

• The initial setup fee is 600.-CHF for the first month, paid at the start of the contract

• The monthly rent following the set up fee is to be paid by direct debit: 300.-CHF (high season) 150.-CHF (low season)

• high season (DEC, JAN, FEB, MAR, JUL, AUG) low season (APR, MAY, JUN, SEP, OCT, NOV)

• Total cost: 1200.-CHF (high season) 900.-CHF (low season) paid in installments = in proportion to the full rent of the premisis

Initial Set-Up Fee

• The initial setup fee comprises;

  • 300.-CHF: rent of space managed by Galerie Alpine, price for initial month of the 3 month contract

  • 200.-CHF: opening evening (vernissage) and closing event (finissage) with wine, snacks, marketing, publicity

  • 100.-CHF: admin fee for

    • processing and management of artwork in POS system

    • Committee member’s time to create publicity, man hours, preperation and hosting of events

    • creation and maintenance of an artist profile on www.galeriealpine.com

    • inclusion in Galerie Alpine social media posts

    • membership in the association

    • insurance

Artwork and Space Allocation in the Atelier

• The solo exhibition space in the atelier is approximately 20 m².

  • 10 artworks up to 1 m x 1 m, lightweight & ready to hang, or a variety of smaller pieces - curated by the artist

Sales and Commissions

• 30% commission is taken on all sales.

• Commission may be reduced to 20%, if an artist volunteers for 3-4 hours per week in the gallery and can speak French and English.

Contract Extensions

After 3 months, the committee will review your contract for possible extension to remain in the upstairs exhibion and may offer a variety of contract extension options.

La Galerie Alpine est située à Villars-sur-Ollon, une station de ski florissante et une communauté ouverte toute l'année au cœur des Alpes suisses. Nous offrons des espaces d'exposition aux artistes, fournissons un marché où les artistes peuvent vendre leurs œuvres, créons une communauté pour la mise en réseau des artistes et établissons un centre d'art dans la région. Nous représentons un large éventail d'artistes qui créent des œuvres inspirées par l'environnement alpin. Les œuvres collectives englobent de multiples disciplines, médias et approches créatives.

La Galerie Alpine fonctionne comme une association à but non lucratif entièrement gérée par des bénévoles. Tous les frais associés aux contrats, à la location d'espace et aux commissions contribuent aux frais généraux de la galerie, permettent de gérer les ventes d'œuvres d'art et sont réinvestis dans l'association au profit de tous les membres.

La Galerie Alpine invite les artistes professionnels désireux d'exposer avec nous à soumettre une candidature d'artiste.

Contrat et Frais

• Chaque contrat d'exposition à l'Atelier est d'une durée minimale de 3 mois

• Les frais d'installation initiaux sont de 600 francs suisses, payés au début du contrat

• Le loyer mensuel suite aux frais de dossier est à régler par prélèvement automatique : 300.-CHF (haute saison) 150.-CHF (basse saison)

• haute saison (DÉC, JAN, FÉV, MAR, JUILLET, AOÛT) basse saison (AVR, MAI, JUIN, SEP, OCT, NOV)

• Coût total : 1200.-CHF (haute saison) 900.-CHF (basse saison) payé en plusieurs fois - au prorata du loyer total du local

Frais de configuration initiale

• Ces frais d'installation initiaux comprennent;

  • 300 CHF : location d'un espace géré par la Galerie Alpine, prix du premier mois du contrat de 3 mois

  • 200,-CHF : soirée d'ouverture (vernissage) et soirée de clôture (finissage) avec vin, snacks, marketing, publicité

  • 100,-CHF : frais administratifs pour

    • traitement et gestion des œuvres d'art dans le système POS

    • temps des membres du comité pour créer de la publicité, heures de travail, préparation et organisation d'événements

    • création et maintenance d'un profil d'artiste sur www.galeriealpine.com

    • inclusion dans les publications des réseaux sociaux de la Galerie Alpine

    • adhésion à l'association

    • assurance

Attribution des œuvres d'art et de l'espace

L'espace d'exposition individuel est d'environ 20 m².

10 œuvres d'art jusqu'à 1 m x 1 m, légères et prêtes à accrocher, ou une variété de pièces plus petites - organisées par l'artiste

Ventes et commissions

Une commission de 30% est prélevée sur toutes les ventes.

La commission peut être réduite à 20%, si l'artiste parle français et travaille 4 heures bénévoles par semaine dans la galerie

Prolongations de contrats

Après trois mois, le comité examinera votre contrat pour une éventuelle prolongation et pourra vous proposer diverses options de prolongation dans l'exposition à l'étage
